Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance

This is a very popular service that we provide to our customers to help them prevent having a heating or air conditioning problem during a very hot or cold day. The industry standard for residential buildings is to perform maintenance twice per year in the spring and fall. No one wants to experience a problem with their air conditioning during a 100 degree Bakersfield summer day when you have a home full of guests. Answer – call us to set up a Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance program so that you do not have to worry about your system breaking down when you least expect it. This program will inspect your equipment, filters and general system operation two times a year to assure everything is working properly. Our technicians will install quality filters and take any other preventative action that is necessary to keep your system operating properly and to maximize its life.
